Advance Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Provider Course
The ACLS course is a two days program of advance cardiovascular life support training and examination as per AHA (American Heart Association) training and examination curriculum. The participant will be trained to resuscitate a victim of Cardiac / Respiratory arrest / Management of ACS and Ischemic Stroke with the use of advanced equipment and drugs. At the end of the course the participant will be skilled of the following:
1. Comprehensive assessment of the victim –
The BLS survey
The Primary survey
The ACLS secondary survey
2. Effective Resuscitation Team Dynamics –
Role as the team leader and team member
Elements of Effective Resuscitation Team Dynamics
3. Dealing with ACLS core cases –
Respiratory Arrest
Ventricular Fibrillation (VF)
Pulse less Ventricular Tachycardia (VT)
Pulse less Electrical Activity (PAE)
Asystole
Acute Coronary Syndromes
Bradycardia
Unstable Tachycardia
Stable Tachycardia
Acute Ischemic Stroke
* Critical ECGs and ACLS core drugs
How to break the bad news (Death declaration to patient's family members)
Participants will be provided with:
ACLS Manual
Online option for student self-Assessment (Mandatory)
Video clips of:
BLS for healthcare providers’
Acute Coronary Syndromes

Ischemic Stroke
Course completion ACLS Certificate and ACLS Card from AHA
*** Participant must read well the ACLS book, know basic and above mentioned Arrythmias's ECG interpritation and go through online mandatory self assment.
